Position: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 8am – 8pm (Day Shifts Only)
Pay Rate:
* £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (weekdays)
* £15.50 – £17.50 per hour (weekends – includes £2.50 enhancement)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in a warm, supportive nursing home environment. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting both residents and care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver personal care and emotional support to residents
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions
* Support residents with daily activities and mobility
* Supervise and mentor care assistants on shift
* Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
* Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
* Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately

Requirements:
