Our Senior Care Practitioner posts are varied, and no two days will be the same. All our residents are individuals, and they deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties will include:

* Supporting residents - and supervising the care team - with a range of personal care needs, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy.

* Dispensing medication accurately and maintaining records.
* Assisting and supervising dining / beverages and other services such as laundry, bed making and fresh linen.
* Taking time to offer people a range of realistic options and choices about the support available to them, encouraging independence, individuality and mobility.
* Spending time listening to people and understanding their different needs and priorities. • Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times, including using electronic care plan technology
Actively support the delivery of wider lifestyle activities such as arts and crafts, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions
