ECM Monitoring (Senior Oversight but Hands-On) - Monitor ECM daily and resolve missed/late visits, medication not logged, incomplete clinical tasks, and incorrect or suspicious GPS log-ins. - Ensure all actions and follow-ups are logged correctly in Nourish. - Conduct weekly ECM audits and highlight patterns needing attention. 7. Safeguarding & Incident Response - Support initial fact-finding and chronology building. - Escalate all safeguarding concerns to the Registered Manager. - Assist with statements and documentation where required. 8. Quality Assurance & Compliance - Carry out spot checks and home visits. - Audit care plans, risk assessments, daily logs and MAR charts. - Support CQC readiness, evidence gathering and quality improvement work. - Promote safe practice, professionalism and continuous improvement.
