Are you what we are looking for? - We are looking for a hands-on, sleeves rolled up Care Home Manager. We are looking for a leader who will be accountable and dedicated, whilst challenging the organisation to be better.
The Role:
* Provide positive and motivational leadership to all care home staff
* Effectively lead the marketing of the service, and sell service
* Maintain the operations of the service at the high standards required by following policies and procedures, and the financial budget or other parameters as set
* Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all residents in the home.
