Senior Carer -£12.77-Chesterfield
• Three 12-hour shifts (07:30 – 19:30)

We are seeking a Senior Carer to provide outstanding support to our residents while leading and inspiring our care team.

Your Role as a Senior Carer:
• Lead and support care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assist with care planning, medication administration, and risk assessments.
• Ensure residents receive compassionate and dignified support.
• Act as a mentor and role model for junior care staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a care role, ideally within a care home setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of residents.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays when required.
