The Opportunity
As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll lead on diverse and high-profile projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. You'll have the autonomy to shape client relationships, mentor junior colleagues, and influence how safety is integrated into design.
From early concept stages through to completion, you'll ensure design risk management and compliance with CDM 2015, while driving best practice and adding real value at every stage.

About You
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification
Deep understanding of CDM 2015 and the role of Principal Designer
Background in design, construction, or H&S consultancy
Confident liaising with clients, designers, and contractors
Ambitious, commercial, and looking to step up into a more senior, visible positionBefore You Apply
