Job Description
A CDM specialist consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior CDM Principal Designer eager to advance their career within Design Risk Management. You will work with London sporting institutions and prestigious high-street clients whilst you manage their client account.
With a professional and energetic office atmosphere and all projects within the M25 you will experience an enjoyable work environment and work-life balance.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role
You will fulfill the dual responsibilities of Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You'll collaborate closely with an experienced in-house team of CDM Principal Designers.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Will Have:
NEBOSH Construction (required)
Tech IOSH (minimum)
APS membership (preferred)
Degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying / Health & safety (preferred)
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What's In It for You?
