Job Description
A leading, internationally respected consultancy is looking for a talented CDM Consultant to join its Manchester team. This is a rare opportunity to become part of one of Europe's most established property and construction consultancies, supporting a wide range of high-profile clients and projects.
The Role:
As a CDM Consultant, you'll deliver expert Principal Designer and CDM Advisory services across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. You'll work closely with clients and project teams to ensure compliance, manage risk, and promote best practice in design and construction safety.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Providing CDM advice and Principal Designer support across diverse projects.
Reviewing design risk assessments and construction phase plans.
Liaising with designers, clients, and contractors to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
Visiting project sites and contributing to H&S strategy at both pre-construction and delivery stages.
The Ideal Candidate:
NEBOSH-qualified or equivalent.
Proven experience delivering CDM and Principal Designer services.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive, commercially aware mindset with the confidence to lead from the front.
