Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to join one of the UK's most established and respected multi-disciplinary consultancies, based in Derby.
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-profile public and private sector projects - from commercial and education schemes to complex infrastructure developments. The Role
As a Senior CDM Consultant, you'll lead the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM advisory services across a variety of projects. You'll provide expert guidance to clients, influence design risk management, and play a pivotal role in promoting safety and compliance across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations.
Delivering high-level CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams.
Preparing and reviewing construction phase plans and pre-construction information.
Managing client relationships and supporting business development activity.
Mentoring and developing junior consultants.
Requirements:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards).
Proven experience in CDM and Principal Designer roles within construction consultancy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
A proactive and commercially aware approach.
