A fast growing CDM department within a Multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking an ambitious Senior Principal Designer to lead on a prestigious range of commercial projects. As well as delivery you would undertake management responsibilities, which would give you a fantastic opportunity to further your career.

The Senior Principal designer's role
You will lead CDM compliance from design to delivery, support junior team members, manage programmes and offer strategic input across client frameworks. This Senior Principal Designer role demands excellent communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge.
The senior principal designer
4+ years' CDM/PD experience
NEBOSH Construction (essential)
APS or IOSH membership (preferred)
Strong understanding of CDM 2015 (essential)
Experience of leading projects and small teams simultaneously (preferred)
