Senior CDM / Principal Designer – North London
£50,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance
We are seeking an experienced Senior CDM / Principal Designer to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to take ownership of exciting projects across a range of sectors, working with a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
As a Senior CDM / Principal Designer, you will:
Provide expert advice and guidance on health & safety, design risk management, and CDM 2015 compliance.
Act as Principal Designer on a wide portfolio of projects.
Engage with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure risks are managed effectively.
Contribute to the development of best practice within the consultancy.
Mentor and support junior colleagues where appropriate.About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong knowledge of the CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant health & safety legislation.
Proven experience delivering Principal Designer services on construction projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A relevant health & safety qualification (such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, APS membership, or equivalent).
A collaborative approach with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.What’s on Offer
