Senior Chef de partie (4 DAY WEEK) required for a fresh food high end restaurant in central London, the restaurant serves some amazing fish and other produce. Senior Chef de partie, 4 day week, £38k package. If your looking to work with great produce, this is the role for you. Ideally, you will have a French brasserie background.
The role
As a senior chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will use the great fresh produce to prep your fridge for service and cook in service. this role will include all the standard senior chef de partie experience
