Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Senior Children's Residential Workers to work across 3 small residential homes in Nottingham area. Key requirements for the role: 2 + years of experience in a supervisory role within a children's residential home Experience in a similar role Ability to lead and manage shifts Provide high quality therapeutic care and support to children and young people Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual need of each person Supervise and support care workers, providing training and guidance if needed Provide a positive and inclusive environment Liaise with external agencies, families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care Excellent basic salary, benefits and continued personal development available You will need to provide Right to work upon application for the role
