Salary: £32,644 – £34,824 per year (incl. sleep-ins)
Location: Solo Children’s Home, Warrington
Hours: 2-on, 4-off rota with sleep-in shifts

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our solo children’s home in Warrington — a smaller, therapeutic setting designed for young people who need tailored, one-on-one care.
You’ll:
Lead and support your team on shift
Provide consistent, high-quality care and emotional support
Promote learning, development, and independence
Create a safe, warm, and positive environment
Work closely with families, social workers, and professionals
Handle sleep-in duties (8 per month on average)About You
We’re looking for someone with:
A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or working towards it)
Experience in a children’s residential setting (essential)
Some supervisory or team-leading experience
A full UK driving licence (essential)
Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference
Age 21+ (legal requirement for residential care roles)What We Offer
