Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Design

The Opportunity
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll work on an impressive range of infrastructure, highways, and drainage schemes. You'll use your design expertise and understanding of current legislation to produce practical, buildable designs that support regeneration and development across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed drainage and highway designs in accordance with current design codes and SuDS principles
Use Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, PDS, and InfraWorks to deliver high-quality design packages
Liaise confidently with local authorities, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews
Support master planning and infrastructure design for residential and commercial developments
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Chartered or working towards CEng / IEng / MICE / CIWEM
Solid knowledge of the Highways Act 1980, Water Industry Act 2004, and relevant design standards
Proven background in infrastructure, drainage, and highway design
Confident communicator with strong technical and coordination skills
