Senior Civil Engineer
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering civil engineering projects across varied sectors and be proficient in key design software.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to contribute to diverse and challenging projects while further developing their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and deliver highway, drainage, external works, and earthworks designs from concept to completion.
·Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
·Utilise design software such as Microdrainage (or equivalent) and AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a particular focus on ground modelling and earthworks analysis.
·Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives and client satisfaction.
·Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
·Experience in civil engineering, with exposure to varied sectors.
·Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multidisciplinary projects.
·Strong technical knowledge and expertise in civil engineering design software.
·Qualified to at least a Level 4 BTEC Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
