Job Description
Our client, a renowned organisation within the Infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their prestigious team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects, focusing on civil design and development within public realm schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the design and development of public realm schemes
Overseeing s278 and s38 agreements to ensure compliance with industry standards
Providing expert advice on infrastructure projects, from conception through to completion
Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Preparing and reviewing detailed civil engineering designs and technical specifications
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly within infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of s278 and s38 agreements
Proficiency in civil engineering design and developer schemes
Solid understanding of public realm schemes and relevant industry standards
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Relevant degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification
