About the Role
This award-winning consultancy works entirely in a 3D BIM environment and has achieved BSI Kitemark and ISO 19650 accreditation. As Senior Engineer, you'll lead civil design elements on major projects, providing practical, buildable solutions for clients while shaping the future direction of the civil engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver civil engineering designs across multiple projects
Prepare drainage strategies, flood risk assessments, and highways designs
Use MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civil3D, PDS, InfoDrainage, and Site 3D
Liaise with clients, providing proactive and technically robust solutions
Mentor junior engineers and support team development
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered or working towards ICE status preferred
Strong UK consultancy experience, managing varied projects
Excellent technical, communication, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach
