The Opportunity
Based in Bristol, you'll be part of a growing Civil Engineering team working across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll lead design delivery, liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, and help deliver sustainable, practical engineering solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver civil infrastructure design projects across multiple sectors.
Manage client relationships and liaise with local authorities and contractors.
Prepare detailed designs and technical reports using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage (or similar).
Ensure compliance with relevant Section Agreements (278, 38, 104, 185).
Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians within the team.
What You'll Need:
Minimum 6 years' experience in a UK civil engineering design consultancy.
Strong knowledge of drainage and highways design standards.
Proven ability to manage projects from planning to construction stages.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
