Senior Client Services Manager (with fluent Dutch), Greater Manchester. (£30,000 - £36,000 + excellent benefits)
Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager (with fluent Dutch) to join our Client's friendly team in Greater Manchester working on several large-scale accounts with a focus on digital signage.
Responsibilities
Client account management, development and growth.
Manage several large key accounts and projects, from concept through design, to installation, and post installation
Work with various contractors and suppliers to build a working relationship
Hit the ground running and develop the role in line with business needs undertaking related duties as required.Qualifications
At least 3 years' digital marketing and 3 years' client service / digital project management experience is preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to present to a large audience / brand agency.
Enthusiasm for technology and how it can help deliver value into retail organisations.
Experience with studio production and digital asset creation.
Proficiency with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Managing and delivering multiple project deliveries.
Flexible and able to travel to accommodate the client's requirements, including working remotely at Client HO's.
Passion for branding and creative development from concept to production.Desired Skills
Design or advertising background in digital is preferred.
Experience with content management web-based systems.
Experience working within retail store design.
Understanding and interest in retail trading.
A friendly and open personality, with the ability to adjust to different settings.
