BIM Co-Ordinator

£45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Monday to Friday + Private Healthcare

Leatherhead (Commutable from: Guildford, Epsom, Tadworth, Sutton, Redhill, Horsham, Woking, Chessington)

Are you from a building services, design, or engineering background, looking to develop your skills further with an established, yet growing company offering further training and long-term progression opportunities?

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team on a variety of groundbreaking projects whilst receiving on the job training.

This rapidly growing company are renowned for their high-quality services within the building services industry. As a result of recent success and an expanding client base, they are seeking an experienced Co-Ordinator to help grow the business.

In this varied role, you will use Revit to design and create digital models for a wide range of projects. You will liaise with design consultants, architectures and engineers to ensure all projects are met with high quality.

The ideal candidate will have Revit experience from a building services / co-ordinator background, looking to further develop your career with an industry leader.

The Role:

Co-ordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Working on a range of market leading projects.
Further training and progression.
 The Person:

Revit / BIM experience.
Background in design or modelling.
Commutable to Leatherhead.
