TXM are working with a major infrastructure client seeking experienced Senior Commercial Managers to join their expanding team. These roles offer the opportunity to lead commercial activities across high-profile projects, driving value, governance and innovation within a complex portfolio of works.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage post-contract commercial activities, frameworks and contracts.
Lead negotiations, contract reviews, and change control processes.
Provide commercial strategy, cost management, estimating and risk analysis.
Support dispute resolution, final accounts, and supplier relationships.
Lead and mentor commercial staff, ensuring projects are resourced effectively.What we’re looking for:
Degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in commercial management within rail infrastructure or construction
Skilled negotiator with experience resolving contract disputes.
Knowledge of industry conditions of contract.What’s on offer:
Salary up to £65,000
