Role: Senior Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £60,000 to £90,000
Location: Northampton
The Role:
Manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters.
Handle a broad range of transactions, including leases, freehold and development land, agricultural property, and more complex agreements such as Options, Promotions, and Overage.
Act for a varied client base including SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, individuals, and commercial lenders.
Provide mentoring and supervision to junior colleagues.The Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
Has proven experience managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
Can balance autonomy with being a collaborative team player.
Enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.Benefits:
