Job Description
Our client is a Commercial Building Contractor who procure and deliver Design and Build Projects / Commercial and Public Sector Schemes from £5M to £30M in Central Scotland.
Projects are obtained via a combination of Competitive tender and direct negotiation.
They now seek an experienced Senior Construction Estimator who can use the latest software package and who can Estimate from first principles to produce innovative and effective tenders.
Ideally you will have at least 10 – 15 years experience of Construction Estimating and winning projects that can be delivered profitably by their experienced production teams.
Experience of the latest Estimating software packages is desirable.
A secure environment and a culture of support and co-operation exists within this established Building Contractor.
The client has a track record of delivering a range of interesting mixed use projects and enjoys strong working relationships with their supply chain of quality design teams and specialist sub-contractors
As a key member of the “pre-construction” team, you will work closely with your experienced Operations and Commercial colleagues and will have the opportunity to strategically influence the direction of the business in ScotlandBefore You Apply
