About the Role
You’ll be expected to:
✅ Lead from the front with your own strong billing performance in either the Blue Collar trades & labour market or the White Collar perms market
✅ Motivate and develop a growing team of consultants
✅ Drive new business opportunities and expand market share
✅ Contribute to the long-term growth and reputation of the Leeds office
About You
✔️ Proven experience in recruitment – ideally in the construction sector
✔️ A strong personal billing history
✔️ Natural leadership qualities – ready to step up to assist with the management of a large team
✔️ Passionate about developing others and growing a high-performing team
