Your new role
As Senior Contract Manager (Retrofit), you will oversee large-scale retrofit projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, economically, and in line with sustainability goals. You'll manage budgets, forecasts, and timelines, lead a team of Contract Managers, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting property assessments to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
Managing procurement, contractor performance, and compliance with PAS 2035.
Driving projects to achieve Band C energy efficiency by 2030.
Leading stakeholder engagement to minimise disruption and enhance customer satisfaction.This is a full-time role offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
What you'll need to succeed
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in retrofit, construction, or property services.
Strong contract management expertise, including budgeting and procurement.
Knowledge of PAS 2035 and sustainable construction methods.
Proven experience managing significant retrofit or construction projects, ideally within housing or local authority settings.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
A valid driving licence is essential.
