Senior Contracts Advisor
- Kingston upon Thames | Hybrid working
- Outside IR35 Contract | Rate Negotiable
- Full-time permanent | Immediate Start
A global leader in engineering and construction for the energy and infrastructure sectors is looking for a Senior Contracts Advisor to support high-value offshore and onshore projects focused on sustainability and innovation.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support contract negotiations with external parties
Draft, analyze, and qualify complex contract documents
Advise internal teams during tendering and project delivery
Mitigate risks, support commercial goals, and ensure compliance
Act as a trusted advisor across business functions
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role
Law degree or equivalent qualification
Strong legal knowledge: LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, Norwegian Law (preferred)
Expertise in EPC contracts, offshore infrastructure, and subsea projects
Excellent professional English (written and verbal)
