Senior Controls Project Engineer – Manchester Airport (Hybrid)
Join a leading UK Airport Engineering team as a Senior Controls Project Engineer, delivering automation and material handling systems for airport logistics projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, program, and deliver low-level control systems for airport logistics.
* Commission and integrate automation, safety, and SCADA systems (Siemens S7, WinCC, WebFactory).
* Develop and execute FAT/SAT testing and validation plans.
* Collaborate with engineering, integration, and installation teams.
* Ensure project delivery meets technical, safety, and budget requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong Siemens S7 programming and SCADA experience.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, cabinets, and field wiring.
* Experience in commissioning and system integration.
* Structured, professional, and hands-on approach.
Location: Manchester Airport (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
