Set & refine credit risk appetite, policies, and models for unsecured lending

Monitor portfolio health & spot emerging risks early

Partner with data teams to validate & optimise models

Present risk insights to senior leadership & the Board

5+ years in banking credit risk (ideally unsecured lending)
*
Strong model validation & risk framework experience

Technical skills in Python, R/SAS, SQL
