We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Clinician (Band 6) to join the Harrogate Adult Crisis Resolution and Intensive Home Treatment Team on an agency basis. 📍 Location: Ripon  💷 Pay Rate: £33.00ph LTD | Equivalent to £28.94 PAYE Inclusive 📅 Hours: Fixed Night Shifts: Saturday, Sunday & Monday About Us: Service Care Solutions is a leading healthcare recruitment agency specialising in connecting dedicated healthcare professionals with enriching opportunities. This role offers fixed night shifts (Saturday to Monday), providing consistent hours in a supportive and values-driven environment. You’ll be working with individuals experiencing acute mental health needs, offering timely and person-centred care during the most critical hours. 🧠 Role Overview Lead and coordinate shifts as part of a 24/7 adult mental health crisis service. Undertake triage, risk assessment, safety planning, and formulation for new referrals. Work in collaboration with internal teams, NHS 111 and external agencies. Support decisions around acute admissions and bed management. Provide supervision and clinical leadership to junior colleagues on shift.✅ Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from: Registered Nurses (NMC) Occupational Therapists (HCPC) Social Workers (SWE)You will need: A minimum of 18 months post-registration experience, with a completed preceptorship/competency framework. Confidence managing complex mental health presentations in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills.
