Introduction to the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business to support their E-Commerce team with customer service, administrative tasks, data analysis and client support. They are a successful company looking to grow their team in this newly created position.
Description of the role:
Supporting members and suppliers with queries including account creation and data support.
Supporting the E-commerce team with general administrative and customer service tasks.
Analysing E-commerce data on Excel, being able to extract information and create reports.
Supporting the on-boarding of new members and suppliers onto the E-commerce platform.
Being first point of contact for members and suppliers, being able to deal with their queries.
Analysing and creating spreadsheets within Excel.
About you:
Experience of working within a client focused environment, being able to support with queries.
Confident using Excel to create reports, create spreadsheets and analyse client data.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly.
