Your role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
🔒 Build and manage a 360° recruitment desk within the Cyber Security space
🔒 Develop strong partnerships with clients across multiple industries (finance, tech, government, etc.)
🔒 Identify and engage top cyber security talent, from Analysts to CISOs
🔒 Mentor and support junior consultants as we grow the team
🔒 Stay up to date with trends in cyber security recruitment to offer expert advice
What we're looking for
✔️ Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Tech/Cyber Security or a related market
✔️ Strong business development and client relationship skills
✔️ A proactive, results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Passion for the cyber security sector and a desire to become a market specialist
