Job Description

Title: Senior Data Modeller (Hybrid – Norwich, 3 days onsite)
Contract: 6-Month Contract | Market Rate £510/day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Modeller to join a dynamic team in Norwich. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office per week. You will work in a complex environment, delivering impactful data modelling solutions and collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Build conceptual and logical data models representing complex data relationships

  * Work with business and IT teams to elicit requirements and understand business needs

  * Conduct data analysis and support business process simplification opportunities

  * Ensure data models comply with governance and standards

  * Collaborate with other data professionals to continuously improve the data modelling landscape

  * Support delivery of change activities and implementation of data models in governance frameworks

Essential Skills & Experience:

  * Strong experience in data modelling in complex environments

  * Business analysis or requirement elicitation experience

  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  * Passion for data with analytical and problem-solving mindset

  * Experience with SQL, APIs, databases, and software development

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  * Familiarity with AWS Services

  * Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) and DAMA
