Job Description
Vertical Advantage are working with a well-known international food business to recruit a talented Senior Demand Planner to join their high-performing supply chain team in Greater London.
This role is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision-making and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You’ll take ownership of long term forecasting, drive the S&OP process and work cross-functionally with the wider supply chain and commercial teams.
What you’ll do:
Build and manage accurate demand forecasts using sales and market insights
Lead in S&OP review meetings
Partner cross-functionally to align supply and demand plans
Optimise stock levels and identify opportunities to improve processes
Support strategic growth through proactive analysis and planning
Identify and execute process improvements
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in demand planning (FMCG preferred)
Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills
A collaborative, proactive approach and attention to detail
Strong communicator, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Data driven
