£77-90,000 Plus Car Allowance, Pension, Private Medical & Bonus
Newly awarded £100 Million Plus Mega Watt Data Centre outside High Wycombe. Interesting & challenging program due to the site location, access , design and plot.
Can you work alongside the Project Director to bring this project from concept to successful handover
Data Centres , Data Centres & Data Centres – Its the area of construction to be in for Main Contractor and its the recession proof sector right now globally. Well this Main Contractor has negotiated at single source this Mega Watt Data Centre due to the past success on the last 3 Projects across the UK.

* 10 minutes drive outside High Wycombe – Buckinghamshire
* D& B Project
* Bespoke client contract for TECH provider
* Construction Cost of £100 Million
* Initial 24 Months of Construction on site with further phases to follow
* 80 Mega Watt +

* Working alongside a dynamic and well humored Project Director on site
Do you match below
* Prior Technical Manager or Design Manager Experience as No1 on a D&B project
* Ideally 10 Years as Design Manager
* Understanding of working on the Main Contracting side protecting the contract and managing / driving design within all parties
* Strong & clear communication skills
* Experience of BIM & IT software packages used on Data Centre Construction Projects (Clash detection)
* Technical understanding to read drawings, review program and add value to the SLTBefore You Apply
