My client is a bold and ambitious creative agency working with some of the biggest names in global sport, and they’re on the hunt for a Senior Designer to join their team and bring big ideas to life.
These guys live and breathe sports. They’re trusted by top-tier brands and driven to make more relevant and powerful designs. As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading bold, unforgettable creative. From crafting brand identities that stop people in their tracks, to designing campaigns that connect on a deeper level, you'll help shape the visual storytelling.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the design on exciting projects across branding, campaigns, and content
Taking creative concepts from idea to execution — digital, print, events and beyond
Working closely with writers, filmmakers, and strategists to build standout stories
Presenting work to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Mentoring junior designers and helping drive creative excellence across the board
🙌 What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of design experience, ideally in a sports or agency environment
A killer portfolio showing top-tier branding and campaign work
Advanced skills in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of audience-first creative
Passion for sport, culture, and bringing big ideas to life
Confident communicator and natural team player
The role is based in London and offers a flexible hybrid working style with 2 days in office & 3 days from home.
The starting salary for this role is £40,000 - £48,000, depending on previous experience and backgroundBefore You Apply
