Job Description
I am looking for a Senior Designer to take the lead in shaping the creative direction of the brand across retail, digital, and customer touchpoints. This is a key role within the Creative and Marketing team, where you will have the opportunity to influence how our brand is experienced in-store, online, and at home—through campaigns, packaging, product design, and digital content.
The role:

Lead the design and delivery of seasonal campaigns across print, digital, packaging, in-store graphics, and social media.
*
Collaborate with product, retail, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all platforms.
*
Develop, manage, and uphold brand guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel across every channel.
*
Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
*
Oversee multiple projects from concept through to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial objectives.
*
Work closely with the wider Marketing and Social Media teams to deliver engaging, design-led content.
*
Keep ahead of design and retail trends to ensure the brand remains relevant, fresh, and inspiring.
About you:
*
At least 3 years of experience in a senior design role, ideally within retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
*
A portfolio showcasing strong brand development, campaign design, and packaging or merchandise design.
*
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; additional skills in motion graphics, illustration, or Figma are an advantage.
*
Experience working with printers, suppliers, and production teams.
*
Strong understanding of designing for both retail and eCommerce environments.
*
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
*
A genuine passion for design, branding, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
