Key Responsibilities:
Developing detailed design solutions in line with specified requirements
Creating detailed electronic schematics and layout designs
Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and functionality
Reviewing and verifying design documents and drawings for compliance with industry standards
Ensuring all design records are maintained accurately for future reference
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Engaging with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
Job Requirements:
Experience in electronics design engineering, preferably within the defence sector
Proficiency in using electronic design software and tools
Strong knowledge of industry standards and protocols within electronics design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Effective communication and collaborative skills
A relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
