What you'll be doing in this role:
Lead consumer preference mapping trials, turning data into actionable insights.
Design and implement testing protocols that boost efficiency across operations.
Explore emerging technologies and drive forward innovation projects.
Oversee and support shelf-life and data teams to deliver on business and customer goals.
Keep the shelf-life department running smoothly, from equipment calibration to resource planning.
Collaborate across the supply chain to deliver high-impact development projects.What We're Looking For:
Proven project management and team leadership skills.
Strong data analysis capabilities (Excel and statistical methods are a must).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in Continuous Improvement or New Product Development (NPD).
