Job Title: Drinks Operator (Entry-Level to Senior Level)
Location: Bedfordshire

Reports to: Team Leader
About the Role
We’re looking for a Drinks Operator to join our production team in Bedfordshire. This role covers the full brewing and syrup process - from raw material intake to bright beer and syrup preparation. It offers flexibility depending on your experience, with opportunities to develop into a senior-level role.
Working across brewhouse, filtration, and syrup operations, you’ll help ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency in a modern, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Operate and monitor brewing and syrup production processes including fermentation, beer transfers, syrup mixing, and CIP procedures
*
Use site automation (SCADA) and quality systems (LIMS) for accurate data recording and product control
*
Maintain hygiene, stock control, and housekeeping to meet audit and safety standards
*
Load/unload tankers and manage transfers to packaging lines
For experienced candidates, responsibilities may also include:
*
Deputising for the Brewing Team Leader during absences
*
Leading health & safety practices including risk and COSHH assessments
*
Supervising operators on shift and assisting with training and SOP development
*
Ensuring production is completed on time, in full, and to spec
What We’re Looking For
*
A Levels or equivalent
*
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
Willingness to work shifts and follow health & safety procedures
*
Computer literacy and attention to detail
Desirable:
*
Food or beverage manufacturing experience
*
Forklift licence (or willingness to train)
*
Leadership experience for senior-level applicants
