£35,000-£60,000 Base Salary (DOE & Performance) + Uncapped Commission

£35,000-£60,000 base salary, depending on experience and performance
Uncapped monthly commission with no threshold
Annual Super Commission bonus of up to £25,000

Source, place, and support teachers and school staff across the region
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates
Drive revenue, exceed targets, and lead by example within your team
Collaborate closely with a motivated, high-performing team
