Senior EHS Advisor - Hyperscale Data Centre Projects - Frankfurt
Salary: €110,000 - €125,000 + Travel & Living Allowances
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Advisor to join our client's expanding team on major hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt, Germany. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior EHS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring best-in-class safety practices across the site. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS plans and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards
Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards
Leading EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all site personnel
Investigating incidents and near-misses, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective actions
Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and local authorities to promote a strong safety culture
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude and significant experience in the EHS field, specifically on large-scale construction projects:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an EHS role, preferably in data centres, pharma, or other mission-critical sectors
Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001 auditor, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of German health and safety regulations and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence site culture
Fluent in English; German language skills a strong advantage
