Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll take on a lead role from day one, hitting the ground running on a large-scale residential development. You'll be responsible for leading electrical design work, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions. The company provides ongoing training and development, along with strong support from senior leadership, so you'll have the tools and backing to thrive and progress.
What you'll need to succeed
UK-based electrical design experience is a non-negotiable requirement.
Must have design experience in building services
Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services systems
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Excellent communication and coordination skills as you will be client-facing
