Senior Electrical Engineer - Up to £55K + Package
An award-winning, medium-sized MEP & Sustainability Consultancy in Buckinghamshire is looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer, or a recently promoted Associate, who's ready to take the next step in their career.
This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team that values technical excellence, innovation, and autonomy. With a strong pipeline of complex UK and international projects, the successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact-while being fully supported by a dedicated team of engineers.
Whether currently at the Senior level and seeking progression or already stepping into Associate responsibilities, this role offers a genuine pathway to Director (including equity), along with the freedom to shape how projects are delivered.
