True are partnered with a growing independent MEP consultancy, supporting commercial and residential clients across the UK. Their projects include refurbishments, ground-up developments, city-centre schemes, mixed-use projects, high-end residential, and commercial fit-outs for developers and architects.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the Director in leading projects, with a long-term view of stepping into a Partner-level role and heading up electrical across the business.
This role offers autonomy to manage clients, mentor junior engineers, and lead the delivery of high-quality design solutions across all RIBA stages, while playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the team.
