As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll have the chance to play a pivotal role in driving the success of this office, taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and building strong client relationships. What you'll be doing:
Leading electrical design on a range of building services projects
Taking responsibility for project delivery, client liaison, and team coordination
Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
Supporting the development and expansion of the London office, contributing to business growth strategies
Championing innovative, sustainable engineering solutionsWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consultancy
Strong track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
Ability to lead projects and inspire teams
Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IET or equivalent)
