The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their London team. You will work alongside a supportive Technical Director who has a solid background, having initially worked as an Electrician before pivoting into consultancy. Under their leadership, the Electrical team has built a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and technical delivery.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy environment
Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to lead projects independently
Strong leadership skills, able to guide teams and communicate directly with clients
Benefits include:
35-hour working week
3 days a week in the office
33 days leave (including 8 bank holidays)
5% pension and the option to buy an extra week's leave
Option of working from abroad for up to 2 weeks at a time
Flexible working hours (core hours 10 am - 4 pm)
Annual performance and pay reviews (normally May and October)
2x formal company-wide events (summer and Christmas)
Regular weekly and monthly social activities
