Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Projects (Dublin | Hybrid)
€120,000 – €130,000 + Benefits

A world-class engineering contractor, renowned for delivering some of Europe’s most complex hyperscale data centres, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take a key leadership role on major mission-critical projects from their Dublin operations base.

This organisation is respected for its technical excellence, financial strength, and long-term client partnerships across the data centre, advanced technology, and life-sciences sectors. Their teams work with the world’s biggest tech companies, and they invest heavily in employee development and modern engineering delivery.

As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the full electrical scope on a major hyperscale project, ensuring world-class delivery across safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  * Lead and manage the full electrical package on a major hyperscale data centre

  * Oversee installation quality, programme, safety, and commercial compliance

  * Drive progress, sequencing, and delivery across all phases

  * Manage stakeholder interfaces: client, design teams, commercial teams, subcontractors

  * Lead technical reviews, resolve engineering challenges, and ensure design clarity

  * Provide detailed reporting to senior project and operations leadership

  * Support commissioning readiness and final handover

About You

  * 5–10+ years managing electrical packages on data centre or mission-critical projects

  * Track record with top-tier contractors (e.g., complex MEP/data centre delivery)

  * Deep understanding of HV/LV systems, switchgear, UPS, containment, distribution

  * Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive performance

  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  * Based in Dublin with the ability to travel periodically to European sites when needed

  * Full right to work in the EU
