Senior Electrical Project Manager Opportunity – Data Centre - Hemel Hempstead

We are working in partnership with a leading M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to deliver a flagship data centre project in Hemel Hempstead.

This business is a well-respected, culture-driven turnkey solutions provider, specialising in commercial fit-out and data centre projects. With a strong pipeline and clear growth trajectory, they are recognised for delivering high-quality, technically complex projects while investing heavily in their people.

The Role:

You will take full ownership of a £5m electrical package on a live data centre project, overseeing all aspects of delivery across critical infrastructure and specialist electrical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  * Leading the electrical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover

  * Managing project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

  * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

  * Overseeing installation of critical power infrastructure and specialist electrical packages

  * Driving programme performance and commercial outcomes

  * Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders on-site

About You:

  * Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector

  * Strong background delivering data centre or mission-critical projects

  * Experience managing large-scale electrical packages (£3m+)

  * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  * Commercially astute with a strong understanding of project delivery
