Senior Electrical Projects Manager
 Location: London (with travel to surrounding areas)
 Salary: Up to £100,000 (DOE) + Car/ Car Allowance/ Travel Allowance + Bonus + Package

About the Company
 A leading privately owned Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in London is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Projects Manager to join their growing team. The company specialises in the installation and maintenance of electrical and building services systems across a variety of sectors, including Commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and the private sector.

Role Overview
 As the Senior Electrical Projects Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing electrical installation projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. You will also be instrumental in driving business growth, building client relationships, and managing the financial performance of your projects through full P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver electrical installation projects ranging from £50k-£2m in value.
Take ownership of project P&L, ensuring profitability and commercial control.
Develop and grow the client base, winning repeat and new business opportunities.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, maintaining quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective contract management strategies from award through completion.
Lead project teams, liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant BS7671 regulations and company standards.
 Requirements

Strong electrical engineering background, ideally within building services or M&E contracting.
Proven experience managing electrical projects up to £500k-£2m.
Demonstrated success in P&L management and financial accountability.
Experience in business development and client relationship management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical installation standards and health & safety regulations.

Basic Salary: Up to £100,000 (negotiable based on experience)
